Networking on the basis of the Society’s principles

The desired results of networking between the fields of gastronomy, business, tourism and culture are as follows:

  • Creation of new jobs (status quo has to be documented);
  • Further training through exchange of personnel and other training measures;
  • Marketing and promoting locally grown produce in and beyond Schleswig-Holstein;
  • Marketing and promoting tourism in Schleswig-Holstein
  • Promotion of the project “Schleswig-Holstein is delicious”, a gastronomic tour through Schleswig-Holstein.
